Kizzy Charlotte

Programme Director and Head Coach

Professionally trained in the Performing Arts Kizzy started her career as a dance, musical theatre and comedy and drama teacher at a stage school. It was during this time that she was asked to choreograph a cheerleading routine which was essentially dancing with Pom’s. With a passion for learning Kizzy went on to complete her coaching qualifications before starting up Bicester ECU. It was a huge passion for her to accommodate children who may not be able to access or afford the luxury of cheerleading, with AllStar cheer being so incredibly expensive - ECUs prices are always kept to to a minimum in order to make the sport accessible to anyone.

Over the years Kizzy has had the pleasure of seeing many children grow to adults through ECU, she’s even had the joy of welcoming a few ‘cheer grand-babies!’
She finds this so rewarding, to be able to not only teach these young people cheerleading but life lessons too, being a positive influence in so many young peoples lives. A truly caring and empathetic coach who emotionally invests in all her cheerleaders.

Kizzy is also a competitive cheerleader herself with Coventry Dynamite, she enjoys being coached and competing with a team that she is not in charge of, it also keeps her current and inspired to advantage her own athletes at ECU.

“Watching my cheerleaders grow into awesome athletes while they are making life long friendships and memories within our friendly, family feel club is the best thing in the world!”

Abbie

Assistant Coach

I have been a cheerleader at Bicester ECU since I was 13, so over 8 years now. I am so proud to now be a coach on the team I love most, as well as everything I achieve as an athlete. My favorite thing about coaching at ECU is watching the children make amazing friendships, and be happy with their achievements. I love all my cheer family so much!

Abby

Assistant Coach

I started at ECU in 2019 and took on coaching straight away! Since then I have been on lots of training courses and am now qualified up to the highest level of cheerleading. I love helping cheerleaders achieve their goals and seeing their confidence grow week by week!

Teegan

Assistant Coach

Teegan has been with ECU since the very start! Through her years with us she has gone on to compete at numerous European competitions as well as in the USA at the SUMMIT Championships. She started her coaching journey at the age of just 11 years old! Her greatest coaching achievement so far has been when the group stunt she coached qualified for internationals.

She is currently at college studying sport and works part time as a sports coach in schools. This season Teegan isn’t coaching a team but she is around the club as an athlete and always there to offer tips and valuable advice to our flyers and bases.
